At Family Resources of New Orleans, we have become veterans at building back after devastating hurricanes. We know the people of Hawaii want to build a more sustainable and resilient home. In order to do that, they need to know how to build a sustainable and more resilient home. The problem is builders don't build houses that way which makes them feel hopeless. We believe it's just not right that they have no path to homes that are sustainable and more resilient. We get it. We understand the challenges of not having a path to resilient housing, which is why we at Family Resources of New Orleans have training classes for homeowners on how to build a more resilient and energy efficient home. As the aftermath of the destructive wildfires in Hawaii settles, the assistance and support we provide will be crucial in aiding them to rebuild with the right approach.
